Manic Drive has a purposeful sound to reach today's generation.  This Canadian band has had multiple Billboard Top 10 & 20 singles on CHR & Christian Rock Radio.  Their latest CD,  VIP, delivers the sound listeners crave.

I enjoyed listening to this CD.  I don't have a player in my car, so I got to listen to it in my house.  It's hopping beat was a great way to energize me while cleaning....yeah, I know, such a Mom thing.  My 14yo son listened to it a few times.  He liked it, but said that he thought it didn't have enough originality and sounded a lot like other bands already out there.  I disagree.  I like their use of a variety of musical sounds across their songs - strings, percussion, techno.  It's all good.
