This latest movie brings a lesson in making good choices, paralleled to the nursery rhyme stories of The Three Little Pigs and Humpty Dumpty. Here is a little synopsis from the website...
When the Three Little Pigs roll into Cabbageville looking to build some new houses, they meet one builder with a plan and two without a clue! Larry builds with hay, Mr. Lunt with bricks, but only Bob builds his houses on a firm foundation - following the wise plans from the Master Builder's Handbook! Will the Little Piggies make the right choices when it comes to building their houses - and their lives - on solid ground? Find out in this parable that shows kids when they follow God's blueprints, then can stand strong when the storms come!
As always, the color and design of the video is captivating, the humor is quick witted, and the message is clear. Check out this trailer!
You'll also enjoy the story of Humpty Dumpty! Did you ever wonder what life was like for Humpty before he cracked? "The Good Egg of Gooseville" unscrambles (teehee) things for you in this retelling of a classic story, Veggie style!
One of my favorite parts to all of the Veggie Tales movies are the Silly Songs. Come on, now! Don't tell me you have never spontaneously burst into song from a Silly Songs collection? My favorite is to sing "Oh, where is my hairbrush? No hair for my hairbrush!" Well, The Little House That Stood introduces a new Silly Song, Happy Toothday! Here you go....
When you visit the website, you will find an awesome collection of coloring pages, plus a Parents' Discussion Guide that provides questions to open conversations with your child and scriptures to refer to as you dive deeper into God's Word.
